Letter to End 2009

Hey everyone,

I wanted to take some time to let everyone know that I would not be sending any more articles in 2009. I will resume in 2010. I will be spending the next few months in some much needed personal time of rest and prayer. I have all the articles from this year on this page for anyone who would like to read or share the information with others. I do this only to see increase in the kingdom. I do not care to make a name for myself and do not even put my name on the articles. His name is the only one that is important. I just want to share with others what I believe the Lord is showing me and light fires of revival and passion in this region.

There is an awakening happening in the Spirit that seems a lot different than what I had imagined. It feels much more like an urgency to draw near to God like we never have before. It is an awakening to put away the things of the world and realign ourselves with His word, His will and His purposes. I have been personally convicted to know His heart like never before. I deeply desire to only want to hear and speak the heart of Abba Father. “Abide in My Word” is echoing in my spirit over and over again. I feel as if I have no idea who He is and want desperately to know Him more.

As a preview of 2010, I know that we will continue to focus on maturity in the body but we will probably take it from a personal view so that each one of us can examine ourselves before God and align our hearts with His on a personal level. We will deal with the issue of our natural complacency and resistance towards spiritual things like prayer unto God and fasting and take steps to grow in spiritual strength through the grace of the Lord Jesus, the love of the Father and the communion of the Holy Spirit. I believe that this year we will continue to experience a deep work of grace from the Lord.

I have no doubt that 2010 will be an incredible year for all of us. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and Merry Christmas to everyone. I look forward to sharing with you in what God is doing in our region.

Help pray:

Pray for our city, that God would pour out His Spirit on us and anoint us to enforce the kingdom of God. Pray that His anointed leaders would be filled with the knowledge of His will for this city. That they would come together for the purpose for the kingdom. Pray that God would have mercy on us and forgive our land of sin. Pray for that the youth of the this city would experience an outpouring of God in their lives. And of course, keep on praying for Him to rain down on us His Presence.
